Artist's Description

Another place I drive by between work appointments and have wanted to stop at. I have been feeling an urgency to capture the colors before they are gone for the year. I think this was in Whitman, MA. I was on my way there anyway. As I headed to the pond to see the view, wondering how I would get a good photo in the bright sunlight, this view jumped out at me before I got the water. It was so beautiful with the sun lighting up the fall leaves and the shadows of the trees. I found my shot.
