I just bought these perennials, and it said on the card that they attract butterflies. The next morning I came out to see this beauty! I was so glad that I happened to walk out the door at just the right time to see it. Cone flowers are one of my favorite flowers and swallowtails are one of my favorite butterflies! This made for a wonderful combination!

I am so in love with Photographing nature, animals and bugs! It just makes me happy! I have really taken to macro photography; it's like finding a whole new tiny world. While my main focus is on nature and the outdoors, I have been stretching my creative wings and have developed some creative photography that you won't see anywhere else. I keep my photos as natural as I can. Other than adding a tint of color occasionally, or softening for a dreamy look, I just do normal editing. I want to be judged on my photography skills not my computer skills.
