It's like the song says, when heart breaks it don't break even. When I looked at this clear crystal heart, and saw all the cracks and imperfections, I thought, it's like that with our hearts. Every time it gets broken another scar appears, hopefully making it stronger and improving its strength and resilience.

This was done in my kitchen with glass stones, a crystal heart, creative lighting and a foil bag. No digital processing, just contrast and shadow.
I am so in love with Photographing nature, animals and bugs! It just makes me happy! I have really taken to macro photography; it's like finding a whole new tiny world. While my main focus is on nature and the outdoors, I have been stretching my creative wings and have developed some creative photography that you won't see anywhere else. I keep my photos as natural as I can. Other than adding a tint of color occasionally, or softening for a dreamy look, I just do normal editing. I want to be judged on my photography skills not my computer skills.
