This handsome grasshopper was hanging out on my mums, and he seemed kind of friendly, so I took his picture. He lost his left wing so he may have not been feeling so well. He looks to me like he's wearing natures armor, and it almost shines like metal too! I love have them around my house and enjoy watching them jump from here to there. It's amazing how far they can jump!
I am so in love with Photographing nature, animals and bugs! It just makes me happy! I have really taken to macro photography; it's like finding a whole new tiny world. While my main focus is on nature and the outdoors, I have been stretching my creative wings and have developed some creative photography that you won't see anywhere else. I keep my photos as natural as I can. Other than adding a tint of color occasionally, or softening for a dreamy look, I just do normal editing. I want to be judged on my photography skills not my computer skills.
