Mack Sennett is the man credited with bringing slap-stick comedy to film for the first time, the actor, writer and director also gave Charlie Chaplin, Fatty Arbuckle, Gloria Swanson, The Keystone Kops, Bing Crosby, and W. C. Fields their start in show business. The ladies above were part of Sennett’s famous “bathing beauties” troupe, a group of scantily clad (for the era) ladies who would appear in comedy shorts and promotional films.
I am so in love with Photographing nature, animals and bugs! It just makes me happy! I have really taken to macro photography; it's like finding a whole new tiny world. While my main focus is on nature and the outdoors, I have been stretching my creative wings and have developed some creative photography that you won't see anywhere else. I keep my photos as natural as I can. Other than adding a tint of color occasionally, or softening for a dreamy look, I just do normal editing. I want to be judged on my photography skills not my computer skills.
